The counselor

Hello, my name is Audra. I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Lakeland, Florida. I specialize in working with women age 20 and older. My passion is to help women heal and find strength through providing therapeutic resources, empowering clients to comprehend past hurts that influence their reactions to current situations. Throughout our journey together my desire is to assist women find their true identity, believe in themselves, and uncover their potential strengths. Together we will change unhealthy patterns into healthy new behaviors.

A little bit about me…

I graduated with my Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Southeastern University and continued with completing my Masters in Mental Health Professional Counseling.

I have been married to the love of my life for 28 years and have two wonderful adult children. Originally, I am from New York but moved to south Florida 21 years ago and have been in the Lakeland area for the last 5 of those years. I enjoy spending time and building memories with my family while playing board games, going to the beach and taking walks around the lake with my bernedoodle grand-puppy… and let’s not leave out enjoying a good cup of coffee!
